Yes you read that right! Today I couldn't sleep so I was up at five am...well what can you do in a house filled with sleeping people? PAPERCRAFTING comes to mind! LOL So after a nice quiet time of morning devotions I went up to my studio and decided to CREATE!!! Here are two QUICK pics of what I made...
This purse is by Creative Imaginations and I altered it for Inky Antics. There is a cute little album that goes inside that I am in the process of finishing up and I will share that once I get it done (hopefully Wednesday)... :) Anyway if you like the purse you can purchase it here at Inky Antics
The papers are not included. I chose to use some Anna Griffin paper that I bought at The Pink House last week. :) I LOVE ANNA GRIFFIN PAPERS!!!! That gal has CLASS!!!!
And then this clip board I made for my first son...He is learning SOOO MUCH and isn't even in school yet. So I told him I would make a fun place for him to hang up his papers and drawings so we could change them out with ease....so this am I came up with this design. Again, papers from The Pink House but this time the company is Dream Street Designs...I hadn't heard of them but I have found ANOTHER wonderful company! LOL They have LOTS of beautiful papers in a nice variety of colors and color palettes! The "E" is a Basic Grey Monogram that I painted with some acrylic craft paint I then mounted onto a Technique Tuesday Scallop white die cut chipboard that I had covered with Shabby Shutters Distress Ink by Ranger. I sanded around the edges and across the surface to give it some texture....The push pin tacks are actually upholstery pins that I bought at Walmart. They were CHEAP and lend a nice touch to lots of different projects along the way! Anyway I hope you like the "non stamping projects" from today!!! :)
