Welcome to Fast Friday! I am going to show you something you can make - FAST! But first a little funny to get your Friday going....
It's totally normal to have a hydraulic car jack in your studio, right? Yeah, I mean when you have to lift a work bench that weighs three times you do - it sure is! LOL I thought it was funny, then when my ten year old son Coleton came into the studio and said "A car jack?!!!!" and bust out laughing... I knew it was funny!
Hey - you do what you need to do. I needed to get those little, fuzzy, furniture movers under my tool bench so I can move it around more easily. This was my solution. Thank God for car jacks! LOL
Oh but that's not all I have been up to today... Today I whipped up an accidentally adorable pair of earrings. In less than five minutes flat. Not lying.
Here's the back story real quick - I had taught my mom how to make earrings a few years back...well she's currently teaching a class at their homeschool co-op and wanted to teach the middle school girls how to make earrings. She couldn't recall the simple loop process and asked me to make a video for her real quick. (Want the link? I will share it once the goofy thing uploads to You Tube!) Any who - these earrings use some SUPER CUTE BEADS by Halcraft, from their Bead Gallery line - available at Michael's.
Here's all the supplies and tools you need - the addition of chain nose pliers is also great but not totally NECESSARY... if you have them- use them, if not - don't sweat it!
And here's the totally adorable earrings! Aren't they CUTE!? Makes me yearn for summer even more than I already am! I hope you have even just a few creative moments today... :D
